Full preventative maintenance on heated air systems

  • Check & replace air filter

  • Clean condensate trap and drains (90%+ appliances)

  • Replace thermostat batteries (when applicable)

  • Clean flame sensor/thermocouple (when applicable)

  • Check hot surface ignitor and/or ignition electrode

  • Inspect system TD

  • Clean out debris from heating system

BOILER MAINTENANCE

Full preventative maintenance on boiler heating systems

  • Clean condensate trap and drains (90%+ appliances)

  • Heating component check

  • Replace thermostat batteries (when applicable)

  • Clean flame sensor (when applicable)

  • Inspect system TD

  • Clean out debris from heating system

  • Flush boiler w/ fresh water

  • Lubricate circulating pump (when applicable)

  • Bleed air from hydronic lines if necessary

  • Check boiler water pressure

  • Inspection operation of expansion tank, pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, and overall boiler.
